Caffé Nostro means “our coffee”.   Miscela means "blend" in Italian.  We have created a blend of beans, roasted perfectly, that any Italian café bar would be proud to serve.  In fact, Italian barista insist that the best espressos are made from a blend of beans.  See video below. 

Miscela Bar is a blend that has been roasted to the medium dark range.  The color of the beans is a chestnut brown. This roast produces balanced flavors, aroma and acidity.  This is our most popular blend.  The Miscela Bar blend produces a rich and balanced espresso with a thick, silky crema.

Bean Variety

Origin of beans: Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Indonesia.  The Miscela Bar blend includes both Arabica and high grade Robusta varieties.

Ideal Brewing Method

Specifically blended for Manual or Superautomatic espresso machines.  The minimal surface oil on the beans ensures grinders do not clog.

Aroma

Dark Chocolate.  Aroma refers to the smell of the coffee. It is responsible for many of the flavors perceived by the tongue.

Flavor

Sweet.  Describes the overall and combined sensations / perceptionf of the coffee's distinctive aromatic and taste characteristics, the fusion of body, acidity , aroma and aftertaste.

Body

Full bodied, smooth and velvety.  This describes the physical property- heaviness or mouthfeel- of  the coffee coating the tongue.

Acidity

Medium acidity.  Without acidity, a coffee will tend to taste dull and lifeless.  A good acidity will lean towards being  sweet, crisp and tart - each enhancing the other qualities in the coffee.

 

Packaging

Remember it's the one in the Silver Bag. Packaged in a foil bag with a one way valve engineered to release gases and prevent air from entering the bag which ensures freshness and optimal flavor.  The bag which includes a resealable tape is ideal for storing beans in the original packaging helping the beans stay fresh after opening.  Beans will remain fresh in this bag for 3 to 4 weeks after opening.  Never store beans in a freezer because the moisture will adversely affect the taste and the moisture can clog your grinder.

THE GREATEST BEAN EVER!!

I buy a lot of coffee and have to say that the Caffé Nostro™ Miscela Bar Espresso Beans are by far my favorite! We love everything from the aroma to the robust taste!! I buy this in bulk and we love everything from Espresso Machine Experts!!!

Best Coffee Beans in the State of Michigan

I have been using these beans from Luciano for many years. No better beans for Superautomatica Espresso Coffee Machines can be found in Michigan. Also, the price is very good!
