Caffé Nostro means “our coffee”. Miscela means "blend" in Italian while Oro means"gold" . The Miscela Oro is our gold standard. We have created a blend of beans, roasted perfectly, that any Italian espresso enthusiast would choose. In fact, Italian baristas insist that the best espressos are made from a blend of beans. Caffé Nostro means “our coffee”. The 100% Arabica has been roasted on the lightest of medium dark range on the spectrum. The color of the beans is a hazelnut brown. This 100% Arabica produces an espresso with clean crisp finish. This single origin Colombian Supremo bean is ideal for a smooth espresso as well as an Americano or Drip Coffee.
This roast contains the least amount of caffeine since it is comprised exclusively of Arabica beans grown at a high elevation.
Miscela Oro is a blend that has been roasted to the medium dark range but is milder than our other blends. The color of the beans is a mocha brown. This Miscela Oro produces an espresso with balanced flavors, aroma and acidity. This blend produces a rich but subtle espresso with a hearty thick crema.
Miscela Bar is a blend that has been roasted to the medium dark range. The color of the beans is a chestnut brown. This roast produces balanced flavors, aroma and acidity. This is our most popular blend. The Miscela Bar blend produces a rich and balanced espresso with a thick, silky crema.
Miscela Extra Bar is a blend that has been roasted on the darker range of medium/dark spectrum. The color of the beans is a chocolate brown. Extra Bar blend produces an espresso with toasty and pleasurable hint of bitterness.
Miscela Bar Intenso is a blend that has been roasted to the medium dark range. The color of the beans is a Dark roasted hazelnuts.This roast produces balanced flavors, aroma and acidity. The Miscela Bar Intenso blend produces a rich, full and balanced espresso with a thick, smooth and silky crema.

Origin of beans: Colombian, Guatemala, Ethiopia. The Miscela Bar blend includes both Arabica and high grade Robusta varieties.

Origin of beans: India and Brazil. This blend is comprised of high grade Robusta beans.
