Raspberry Mocha Latte

Raspberry Mocha Latte

The perfect combination of rich dark chocolate with a touch of sweet fruitiness.

It is like a dessert in a cup!

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz of Dark Chocolate Sauce

1 oz of Raspberry Syrup

2 Shots of Espresso

8 oz of Whole Milk

 

FOR TOPPING:

1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

1 oz of Raspberry Syrup

Chocolate Syrup

Pink Edible Glitter

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine heavy whipping cream and raspberry syrup together into a bowl.  With a hand held mixer, blend on high speed for about four minutes or until it has become nice and thick. 

Keep in the refrigerator while making the rest of the coffee drink.

Using a 16 ounces mug, pour in chocolate sauce and raspberry syrup. Brew espresso shots and stir in until well mixed.  Pour in steamed and frothed milk.

Take whipped cream out of the refrigerator, scoop it into a piping bag with a star tip.  Pipe on top of coffee drink.  If you do not have a piping bag just spoon it on.

For an extra touch, drizzle with chocolate syrup and edible pink glitter.
